Cancellation Policy
Please ensure to register for the competition well ahead of time.The refund & cancellation policy is mentioned here in detail.
1. Refund Policy
Test fee is not refundable if you simply change your mind, however if your circumstances change, and we believe your case is justified for a refund, please contact us immediately within 15 days of registration & payments, to do amendments & initiate a dialogue with you. The final decision to process a refund or otherwise rests only with Le Frehindi-Paris management.
2. Registration Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your registration,
Email us 60 days prior to the commencement of Testing Rounds for refunds. | Cancellation fee of INR 100 will apply. |

3. Rescheduling Policy
In case you wish to reschedule your test,
Contact us up to 7 days prior to the commencement of Testing Round. | Rescheduling fee of INR 150 will apply. |

Contact us less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of Testing Round. | No requests will be entertained. |
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving a refund request, after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation and rescheduling policies. Credit card surcharges and Taxes paid are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed via the same mode as used while making payment.
5. No Show
In case you are unable to appear for the First round without prior notice, no rescheduling or refund requests will be entertained.
