A Life Dedicated to Yoga and Education


Originating from the serene hills of Garhwal, the yoga instructor has dedicated their life to the practice and teaching of yoga. After completing five years of higher education in Lyon, they relocated to Paris, where they have spent the past twelve years deeply involved in both yoga and education.

Yoga and Teaching Hindi at INALCO



Upon moving to Paris, they began teaching yoga and Hindi at the esteemed Institute National des Langue’s et Civilizations Orientale’s (INALCO). Their passion for yoga has not only introduced this ancient practice to many in Paris but also intertwined with their mission to promote Hindi language and Indian culture. Inclining to their mission also lies the mission of Le Frehindi focusing on tackling educational inequality, environmental issues, and social discrimination through innovative and transformative programs, such as their Social Volunteering Program. These initiatives promote personal growth, skill development, and experiential learning, empowering young minds to contribute positively to society.

INALCO’s Efforts in Promoting Hindi


INALCO has been instrumental in promoting the Hindi language and Indian culture in France. Through various programs and courses, the institute provides students with a comprehensive understanding of Hindi, offering a blend of linguistic proficiency and cultural knowledge. By incorporating yoga classes taught in Hindi, INALCO creates a unique immersive experience for students, fostering a deeper connection with Indian traditions and practices.
