The 12th edition of the International French Spell Bee was not just a celebration of linguistic excellence but also an experience designed to ensure the comfort and well-being of all attendees. Recognizing the importance of maintaining high energy levels throughout the event, we provided well-organized refreshment breaks and concluded the competition with an exclusive high tea for dignitaries, staff, and volunteers.
Refreshments for All – A Well-Managed Break
To ensure that students, parents, and teachers remained energized, a dedicated refreshment area was set up in the lawn outside the auditorium. During the break, attendees were provided with light refreshments, allowing them to recharge while engaging in casual conversations and reflections on the event so far. Our dedicated team and volunteers ensured that the refreshment area was managed efficiently, maintaining order and discipline to facilitate a smooth experience for everyone.
Understanding the diverse preferences and dietary needs of attendees, we also encouraged participants and visitors to bring their own packed lunch or order food at any point in time. This approach ensured that everyone had the flexibility to enjoy a meal that suited their personal preferences while staying full of energy and enthusiasm throughout the event.
An Exclusive High Tea for Dignitaries, Staff & Volunteers
As the event came to a grand conclusion with the final prize distribution, the focus shifted to acknowledging the efforts of those who made this event a success. A special high tea was arranged exclusively for dignitaries, staff members, and volunteers to celebrate their contributions and provide a wonderful networking opportunity.
