From Online Preparation to On-Ground Execution

The journey began months before the grand finale, with the team working tirelessly to provide unwavering support throughout the online rounds. Regular online sessions were conducted to keep teachers updated, ensuring they understood the competition’s structure, different question types, rules, and evaluation criteria. This preparatory phase helped create a fair and level playing field for all participants, making the transition to the finals smooth and well-organized.

A Flawless Grand Finale: Teamwork at Its Best

On the day of the finals, the Le Frehindi team and volunteers showcased exceptional coordination and efficiency to make sure every aspect of the event unfolded without a hitch:

• Seamless Registration Process – From verifying participant details to ensuring smooth check-ins, the team ensured a hassle-free start to the event.
• Discipline & Order Maintained by Volunteers – Volunteers worked tirelessly to manage the crowd, maintain discipline, and guide students, parents, and teachers efficiently.
• Timekeeping & Coordination – Inside the auditorium, every round was conducted on time, with the team ensuring proper coordination among participants, judges, and pronouncers.
• Fair & Transparent Prelims Round – Volunteers facilitated seating arrangements and stationery distribution, ensuring a smooth transition between the prelims round and the auditorium.
  

A Special Thanks to the Host – Yakshita Khatri

A special mention to Yakshita Khatri, a former student who had previously embarked on an enriching foreign exchange program with Le Frehindi. She did a tremendous job as the event host, adding elegance and professionalism to the competition. Having one of our own alumni host the event was a moment of immense pride for Le Frehindi.

Dedication Beyond the Stage

Beyond the competition rounds, the Le Frehindi team and volunteers played an essential role in managing various aspects of the live event:

• Ensuring smooth movement of students between prelims and the auditorium.
• Maintaining discipline and assisting with logistics throughout the event.
• Overseeing the refreshment break, ensuring that proper queues were maintained and that everyone received their refreshments within the time frame.
• Helping with the live event telecast, making sure the entire event was broadcast flawlessly.
• Ensuring prize distribution was well-organized, assisting dignitaries in presenting awards, certificates, and special gift packs to the deserving participants.
• Distributing certificate packs to teachers for students eliminated in Round 1 & 2, ensuring that every participant left with recognition and appreciation.

To honor their dedication and relentless efforts, the Le Frehindi team and volunteers were rewarded with special gifts from France as a token of appreciation. Additionally, each volunteer and team member received a Certificate of Participation, acknowledging their invaluable contributions and time invested in making the event a grand success.
