In an exciting initiative to foster international camaraderie and cultural exchange, L’Association Frehindi, under the esteemed patronage of the Indian Embassy, is seeking enthusiastic chaperones for our program, “Creating Links with India.” This groundbreaking program aims to unite the youth of France and India, showcasing the vibrant culture, traditions, and modern advancements of India through a series of engaging activities and events across Paris, Grenoble, and Lyon.
The Role of Chaperones:
We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals, preferably students or recent graduates, who are eager to dive into the realm of cultural diplomacy and international relations. As a chaperone, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving our groups upon their arrival in the cities of Paris, Grenoble, and Lyon.
- Handling logistical arrangements and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
- Accompanying the groups to various cultural, educational, and recreational visits.
- Assisting in organizing and participating in cultural shows, music and dance performances, and art exhibitions by local Indian artists in France.
- Facilitating interactions and discussions between Indian and French youths in schools and universities, enriching their understanding of modern India.

- Daily Payouts and Travel Allowances: To support your dedication, we provide daily payouts along with travel allowances for the days you work with us.
- Certification: Participants will receive a certificate recognizing their role and contribution to this international exchange program.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French, Hindi, English, or any Indian regional language is highly desirable. Multilingual candidates, especially those proficient in performing arts, will have an added advantage.
- Passion for Cultural Exchange: A keen interest in fostering international relationships and showcasing India’s rich cultural heritage.
Program Duration:
The requirement is for the months of May, June, July, October, November, and December 2024, with the potential for this engagement to continue annually.
